I began my fitness journey for the first time in 2009, & for the second time in 2016.
The first time, I developed an extremely unhealthy relationship with food & exercise. This lead me on a 6-year journey to heal.
Believe me, I've been down this road & back.
I went from malnourished & hating my body, to obese & hating my body.
It wasn't until I told myself to stop fearing health & trust the process that I made the move to start over with balance, & it's been nonstop ever since!
I took years to figure out how to do this the right way. I've learned that:
Although the journey has been long, it has been the best thing that's ever happened to me, & I want it to be that for you, too.
Nobody should have to fear health because they feel too far on one side of it or the other.
Together, we can take the steps necessary to create a sustainable journey for you, completely tailored to your goals & your lifestyle, that is manageable in the long run.
My personal goal is to equip you with so much knowledge that you won't fear navigating this space on your own once it comes to an end, however near or far that may be!
