We focus on behaviors that add to your overall life because they prioritize your health & fitness foremost, & are things you have direct control over. We don't only focus on solutions that work when the conditions are perfect. We help you through the hard stuff.

I took years to figure out how to do this the right way. I began my fitness journey for the first time in 2009, & for the second time in 2016.


The first time, I developed an extremely unhealthy relationship with food & exercise. This lead me on a 6-year journey to heal.


I learned that:

  • sustainable lifestyle changes win out over quick, unman

The first time, I developed an extremely unhealthy relationship with food & exercise. This lead me on a 6-year journey to heal.


I learned that:

  • sustainable lifestyle changes win out over quick, unmanageable results, &
  • what is done without a solid foundation, usually crumbles in time.


Believe me, I've been down this road & back.

I went from malnourished & hating my body, to obese & hating my body. It wasn't until I worked on an overall balance (leaving behind all-or-nothing thinking!) that I was able to see progress, & it's been nonstop ever since!


Although the journey has been long, it has been the best thing that's ever happened to me, & I want it to be that for you, too.
