Conscious Coaching Calls are a 40-minute Zoom session with me. They serve as an educational opportunity to review & discuss your current protocols, strengths, & weaknesses, or to help you get started with protocols. This is made for you to be what you want it to be.
We discuss your current training, nutrition, sleep, stress-management, etc. in relation to your health & fitness goals. I will review your regimen & provide advice for adjustments as well as recommendations & guidelines to move forward. I encourage you to bring questions!
Conscious Coaching calls are NOT for people looking for customized training plans, meal plans, or “on-going” coaching. On-going coaching refers to weekly check-ins, daily or weekly communication, adjustments to protocols as needed, biofeedback assessments, form corrections, follow-up questions, etc. (You can find information on that in the 1:1 Coaching tab.)
Conscious Coaching Calls are a one-time opportunity to discuss current protocols. Further adjustments require further bookings. (Which you can totally do, by the way, if you feel that these calls fit you more than 1:1 coaching.)
These are also not a mental health service or a doctor’s appointment. For counseling, I recommend finding a trusted therapist, & for those looking to be treated, diagnosed, or cured of any illness or disease, I recommend an appointment with your primary care physician.
Conscious Coaching Calls provide advice, recommendations, & suggestions for training & nutrition but are not a customizable meal plan or exercise program.
